How do I track my order?
 

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the order on the carrier's website. By clicking the link, you will be able to check the status of your order once is in transit.

Please note: It may take one week or more according the place delivered  , the order will send it from japan, for your tracking information to reflect details on  FedEx, Ems sites.

What are your delivery options?

We know how important it is to get your delivery to you as quickly and conveniently as possible, and we offer a range of Express and Standard options

All orders are despatched within one working day from receipt of your order. All next day delivery orders received by 2pm are dispatched the same day.

Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched at the latest by the following Monday, though we will endeavour to have them dispatched on the Friday itself.

If you wish to receive your item on the Saturday, please call customer services, to arrange a Special Next Day Weekend delivery.

Please note times specified exclude weekends and bank holidays.

Express Delivery

Orders where express delivery is chosen are sent using EMS Express, with guaranteed 5days delivery within the gulf countries, with options to sign up to e-mail or text notifications ,

How to Return an Online Purchase

If you purchase something online and then find out--once it is delivered--that it is not what you wanted, there may be a chance that you can return it to where you purchased it. The return policies vary from online store to online store, but generally, the rules are the same. There is usually a 30-day return guarantee on any new purchase you have made at an online store. This means that you have to return the merchandise within 30 days of receiving it. Most online stores will also only accept returns of un-used and unopened items. If you use the item at all, chances are that you will not be able to return it. If it is clothing, you must keep the tags on the clothing in order to return the purchase.In many cases, the online business will pay for the return shipping if the error was theirs, meaning that they sent you an incorrect or damaged item. Usually if an item is opened or returned after 30 days, you will only receive a partial refund.

Estimate Delivery Time Schedule

Total Delivery Time = Order Tailored/Processing Time + Order Shipping Time
All orders must be processed before they are shipped, so if you if your payment isn’t cleared, this will not be counted as a processed order. The overall time to obtain your Modest Rail order is divided into twofold stages: Processing Time as well as Shipping Time.

We also would like to inform you that customers are responsible for the correct delivery address from the order. A address change from their original order will be only effective once our sales support replied by written email, and from there your shipping duration will start again. Customers would be at fault if the delivery details provided are incorrect and would have to understand that this will increase the delivery time.

Shipping Method

You can choose the your shipping method from “Express Delivery” to standard delivery, according to you requirement during the checkout process for most products, we will offer you a choice of these three shipping methods. Note that express delivery will definitely cut off half the time of sending the goods.
If you would like the abaya as a urgent delivery, then email us, DM us on instagram or message us via facebook us as we can most likely arrange this. We have a 24 hour reply policy and we will notify you almost immediately
We work with best international courier, DHL, to ensure your goods are in safe hands and reach you as fast as possible.

We have a 24 hours spacing time before shipping the goods. This is beneficial for the customer, who can modify any details on their order if need be.
Note that if you have advised the sales advisor on your receipt that you would like dispatch the same day and you both have agreed this, then the above does not apply

How can I contact your couriers?
 

On a missed collection or delivery, the courier may choose to leave a contact number on the calling card. However, our couriers do not have to leave their details as they are self-employed and use their personal mobile phones.


We are unable to provide you with the couriers' contact details due to data protection laws, but we can contact the courier on your behalf, in regards to delivery. Unfortunately, if your query relates to a parcel from a retailer, we are unable to contact the courier for you- you will need to contact your retailer who can raise the query on your behalf.

Do you provide International delivery?
 

Yes, we delivery internationally. There is a flat rate delivery fee for international deliveries. However, if you are wanting your order to be delivered internationally, please contact us as we will always seek to find our customers

General Terms

These Terms and Conditions and, Returns and Delivery Policy, constitute the sole record of the agreement between you and the Shanishini Collection in relation to your use of the Shanishini Website. Your purchase of any products/s from the Shanishini website and form a binding contract between you and Shanishini . Unless otherwise specifically stated, these, the Shanishini  terms and conditions supersede and replace all prior commitments, undertakings or representations, whether written or oral, between you and the Shanishini  in respect of your use of the website. Your acceptance of the terms and conditions is given when you purchase goods from us.

Shanishini may at any time modify these terms and conditions, policies or notices. You acknowledge that by visiting the website, you shall become bound to the current version of the terms and conditions and, all previous versions shall be void and replaced by the current version. You shall be responsible for reviewing the then current version each time you visit the website.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

Here at Shanishini it is important to us that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase and so we accept returns within 3 days after receipt of your delivery, international customers will be given 5 days. To be returned items must be unworn and sent back in their original packaging, with all tags attached.

ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NON EXCHANGEABLE AND NON REFUNDABLE.
When returning an item, please complete the returns form on your delivery note marking the items you are returning, the reason for returning it and what you would like in exchange or if you request a refund. Enclose the completed returns form with the items you are returning and attach the returns address label provided onto your package.
You may use any shipper you like, but we highly recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as we cannot be responsible for any lost return shipments. Shanishini will not refund any goods that have either been signed for by a customer at the delivery address stated on the original order or for items returned to us which are lost in the post and are not accompanied by a tracking number.
Goods are returned to Shanishini at your own expense. We will send your exchange item to you by Recorded Delivery at no extra charge.
Once we have received your package, please allow up to 14 days for processing. An email notification will be sent when your refund or exchange has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for your original order. Shipping fees are non- refundable. International customers are advised that Shanishini

will not refund any charges/tax you may incur when returning goods.
A full refund of the cost of the goods is conditional upon goods being returned in the original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. Refunds will be authorised only after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns department.
